You would have heard of the Law of Attraction, the most well-known universal law that has been talked about for centuries, but did you know about another universal law called the Law of Vibration?
The Law of Vibration is a misunderstood universal law that is overlooked by many people new to manifestation, yet it plays a massive part in the Manifestation Equation proposed by Jordanna Levin.

What is the Law of Vibration?
In Jordanna Levin’s book ‘Make it Happen,’ she says ‘everything in the universe vibrates at their own frequency, and things with similar frequency are drawn together.’
Simply, the Law of Vibration states that like-minded energy attract one another, and there are two types of vibrational frequencies: low vibrational frequency and high vibrational frequency.
Low vibrational frequency refers to energies that emit low feelings, such as anger, frustration and sadness.
High vibrational frequency refers to energies that emit high feelings, such as excitement, joy and happiness.
It’s important to understand that you shouldn’t ignore low vibrational feelings, such as anger and frustration. This is because ignoring your low vibrational feelings will lead to a manifestation in other areas of your life.

Why is the Law of Vibration important?
The Law of Vibration is one universal law that is overlooked, yet it plays a massive part in the Manifestation Equation.
This is because the Law of Vibration attracts you to the activities that bring you the most joy and these activities are a part of your life’s purpose (Dharma).
For example, as both a Researcher and Artist Dharma Archetype, I am a huge advocate for expanding my knowledge and creativity. This involves reading books and writing which help me to actively participate in my life’s purpose.
The activities that bring you the least joy will emit low vibrational frequencies, and you can easily identify them if these activities make you feel restricted, drained and bored.
For me, the activities that bring me the least joy is painting rooms at home, watching reality TV, and admin work.

15 Powerful ways to Raise your Vibrations
Gratitude raises your vibrational frequency because it allows you to become appreciative of the things and people around you. I have found it easier to perform gratitude when I am in a negative headspace, as gratitude allows me to see the things I do have rather than the things I don’t have.
Writing Morning Pages
Writing morning pages will raise your vibrations. This is because it will allow you to release all the negativity that has been worrying you throughout the night.

Say no to someone or something
I first discovered this after reading Lily Silverton’s blog post on Mind Body Green. Personally, I have the habit of saying yes to everything because I believe it will impress the other person. However, I agree with Lily that saying no to commitments allows you to ‘reclaim your energy’ and improve your mood.

Listening to a motivational podcast will both increase your motivation and vibrational frequency. This is because it will improve your mindset and make you feel confident in your ability to strive towards your goals. Reading a high vibrational book will allow you to increase your vibrational frequency. This is because reading books will allow you to become a part of the high vibrational frequency the book brings, whether it’s joy, excitement or motivation.

Surround yourself with Positive People
Surrounding yourself with those who emit the energies you wish to emit yourself will increase your vibrational frequency.
This is because those you surrounded yourself most with will have a massive impact on your mindset, which is a reflection of the vibrational frequency you emit. I have found that surrounding myself with low vibrational people impacts both myself and the people spend time with, whether it’s friends, acquaintances or family.
Walk in Nature
Both breath in the fresh air and feel the sunshine on your skin. Walking in nature will boost your vibrations because it allows you to focus on the present moment and reconnect with ‘Mother Nature.’

Create a Reverse Bucket List
A reverse bucket list to similar to performing gratitude, however, other than focusing on the things you don’t have, instead you will focus on your life’s achievements. This simple exercise will increase your vibrational frequency because it will allow you to focus on your achievements rather than your failures; proving that you are capable of achieving your wildest dreams.
Dance can have powerful effects on your vibrational frequency. This is because when you dance your body releases endorphins, a happy hormone, which will instantly increase your vibrational frequency. A dance workout that I use for dance is called STEEZY, a platform for both professional and beginner dancers who want to have fun exercising.
Eat a Healthy Well-Balanced Meals
It’s important to consume food that both brings nutritional value and provides high vibrations. Not only will healthy food benefit you physically, but high vibe food will benefit your mindset.
Yes, water not only cleanses your body from toxins, but it will allow you to emit high vibrations. This is because the benefits that water brings, such as clearing your skin, increasing your energy and improving your concentration, will allow you to have positive thoughts, leading to you attracting high vibrational energies.
Observe your Negative Thoughts
Your thoughts can both attract positive and negative energies. It’s important to observe your negative thoughts before they manifest into negative physical events.
A simple exercise I have learned is to assess whether I am in control of that negative thought. For example, I have negative thoughts about forming new friendships, however, I have learned to accept what I can control. I can control showing people my authentic self, but I cannot control whether they will like me or not.

Listen to Motivational Music
Music has a huge influence on your vibrational state. I have found that listening to motivational music before and during activities increases
Your brain is easily stimulated by the music you listen to. It’s important to listen to music that will help you release high vibrational frequencies (such as motivation, joy, and happiness). I have found that listening to music at the beginning of the day and at the end of the day both improves my mindset and raises my vibrations.
Take a power nap
Both 15-minutes and 30-minutes power nap help to increase your productivity and vibration. This is because a power nap allows you to regain your focus and concentration on your goals for the day, which is the best of both worlds.
